Winterbourne Down Village Design Statemant

The Village Design Statement | Nov 2012

This statement was prepared by the community of Winterbourne Down. It was endorsed by South Gloucestershire Council on 28 th November 2012 as reflecting the local community’s aspirations for the treatment of design issues in the village.

It will be taken into account in the preparation of the Council’s Local Plan documents and as a material consideration in the determination of planning applications. The Council’s adopted development plan and emerging planning policy will however retain full primacy in planning decisions
