The Full Parish Council meets approximately 12 times a year on the first Monday of the month at 7 pm. It has two main committees as below and ad hoc sub committees that meet as required.

These committees make decisions under their remitted powers or make recommendations for ratification by full Council.

The Finance Committee meets approx. 12 times a year on the 3rd Monday of the Month at 7 pm and makes decisions and recommendations to the full Council on all financial and policy matters.

The Planning and Environment Committee meets on average twice a month on the 1st and 3rd Monday’s of the Month at 6.30 pm and makes recommendations on all planning applications within the Parish to the Planning Authority (South Gloucestershire Council) and considers all associated planning, footpath and licensing issues for example.
