Winterbourne Parish Council is consulting on its proposal to update its byelaws which have been in force since 1977. Please see the attached document which outlines the regulatory impacts.
Please note this is not a consultation on the content of the draft byelaws. This will happen later once we have the secreatry of State's consent to consult on our proposals. We cannot there accept comments on the content of the draft byelaws at this stage.
